Our session was brilliant, i felt safe and heard which is sometimes a struggle for me but I felt beyond safe and and supported to allow myself to follow John’s lead on where we needed to go with my therapy. As i am typing this i feel light, calm and free of a lot of negativity I had been carrying. I went to see John as an interest of mine to give something a try. John had a great intro conversation with me and allowed a lot of trust to come through me and gave me comfort knowing to just sit back and enjoy the process. In the hypnosis he spoke with so much clarity and intent that the words hit you in a deep and relaxing way with maximum effect.
